A team of dedicated specialists ensures that each client is provided with the right therapy in the right way at the right time. Whilst exercise therapists deliver the core exercise programme, reflex therapy and massage, a team of external consultants provide osteopathy, acupuncture, homeopathy and shiatsu if required. The timing of intervention is directed by the exercise therapist in partnership with the client. Our registered Osteopath, Acupuncturist and Homeopathic Doctor (and G.P.) also serve as our advisory team providing us with objective feedback strengthening our reflective practices.
