Stretching: Stretching can be divided into two categories: self stretching and therapist assisted stretching.more>

Strength: Prescribed assisted and resisted strength programmes together with Trophic electrical stimulation address the problem of muscle dysfunction. more>

Balance: Through physical exercise, balance re-education enables clients to regain or improve core stability and the balance mechanisms. more>

Gait: Locomotor recovery following spinal cord injury through body weight support (BWS) has been shown to improve walking abilities (Wering and Muller; 1992).  more>

Aerobic: Aerobic capabilities are improved through combined arm and leg cycle ergometry and treadmill therapy. more>
