Defined as, more than one area of rehabilitation science working in an integrated and coordinated manner to solve a problem Defined as, more than one area of rehabilitation science working in an integrated and coordinated manner to solve a problem (BASES; 1997; Future Directions Document), the challenge for us is to provide tailor made strategies that meet client-centred goals concisely and effectively.
